Established in 2017, Juniper Financial Management combines decades of financial services experience. Our friendly, approachable team are always on hand to help our clients, giving them the benefit of our knowledge and expertise. The bedrock of our business is the strength of our client relationships: our clients are at the very heart of everything we do. We work with businesses, individuals, couples, and generations of families, always providing highly personalised, practical, and trusted financial advice.
Our office overlooks the picturesque landscape of Leicester Race Course and Knighton Park beyond. We chose the name ‘Juniper’ as the juniper tree represents steadfastness. When you visit us, you will see an assortment of hand-carved juniper wood ornaments, which symbolises our business vision: to provide long-lasting, practical financial solutions that continue to grow for generations to come.
As a small firm, we are fully committed to the future prosperity of our highly valued clients. Our aim is to remain close and committed to our clients (staying as a single office). We consider every detail to provide holistic and thorough financial advice, advising every generation of family to ensure they make informed decisions.
How we work
- Our first meeting is at no cost or obligation to you. We will ask you to send over some information before we meet, which helps us to understand your current position and way of thinking. The main focus of this session will be to check whether you are ‘on track’ with your financial planning.
- During the meeting, we will take the time to explore your objectives, drawing out any medium to long term implications for you and your family. Our aim is to establish a complete picture from your perspective of your current position and your goals for the future. This gives you the opportunity to confirm your preferred way forward.
Following our meeting, we will usually provide a brief summary with some practical suggestions. However, if there is an area where we believe we can add real value and work together, we will arrange further discussions with you. If you are ready to move forward with your financial planning, we will research across the market to create appropriate solutions for you, your family and/or your business.

Chris De Luca
Principal Financial Adviser
As the company Founder, Chris began his financial services career back in 1986, qualifying as an IFA in 1996. Chris enjoys interacting with his clients; he always feels a real sense of pride when he has helped a client and he always goes the extra mile. Outside of work, Chris is the Chairman of his local Rugby Club (Oadby & Wyggeston), which he has been involved in for almost 40 years. Chris is a keen walker and enjoys rambling across beautiful, scenic landscapes, especially in Northern England, Scotland and the Midlands. Chris is also a huge Strictly Come Dancing fan!
